GENERAL NATURE OF
POSITION:Provides outreach,
engagement, support, role modeling, coaching and/or aftercare for older adult
clients and their families that are receiving services at community older adult
social service and health care programs and participating in the Golden Gateway
OA treatment programs. Provides awareness orientation to providers about family
and peer needs with respect to wellness, stigma reduction and general health
access to services in the community.
GENERAL NATURE OF
POSITION:Provides outreach,
engagement, support, role modeling, coaching and/or aftercare for children,
adults and/or older adult clients and their families that are participating in our
mental health programs. The focus is on assisting the individual to grow and
manage their recovery and their families to understand and support their
recovery.This is a part time job.(12 hours per week)
GENERAL NATURE OF
POSITION:Provides outreach,
engagement, support, role modeling, coaching and/or aftercare for children,
adults and/or older adult clients and their families that are participating in our
mental health programs. The focus is on assisting the individual to grow and
manage their recovery and their families to understand and support their
recovery.This is a full time job.(32 hours per week)

answering, copying, mail distribution for the 4th Street teams and provides
van driver services to transport older program participants to their medical
appointments. This is a part time, 20 hour per week position.
