Low-income and middle-income residents of Santa Clara County.

How do I get immigration help?

We accept new cases only through our walk-in consultation process, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer six consultation appointments on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We provide appointments for those who are not seen on our walk-in consultation days. Registration sign up for consultations is from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

Are there any fees?

Consultations are $50 ($75 for political asylum and removal), which must be paid in cash. Follow-up appointments and services are on a sliding scale based on family income and number of family members.

Volunteer opportunities are available for attorneys, law students and persons with language-translation skills.
