Sliding scale for the Respite Center. Minimal flat
rate for home-based services.

A: Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM. We also have Early Bird hours beginning at 9 AM.

A: $20.50- $53.50 per day (2
days per week minimum)

The center is a licensed Adult Day Support program
offering comprehensive services to seniors and their
caregivers. Our client is The Family.
Service sites:
Respite Center is located at 5111 San Felipe Rd. San
Jose, CA 95135. It is located in the St. Francis of
Assisi Pastoral Center in the Evergreen area of San
Jose. Home-based services also are available.
