Summary of services:
Asian Elder Program: Information, Referral,
Assistance, Translation, Case Management, In-home Senior
Companion Support provided by bi-lingual professional
staff and volunteers to Vietnamese and Chinese seniors
and families.
Alzheimer's Program for Asian Senior and Families:
Mandarin Caregiver and Family Support Groups, memory
screening, late life decisions.
Nurse Managed Health Clinic: Nurse Practitioner
provides diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions for
common illness, immunizations, advice, monitoring, and
laboratory testing. Family members are welcome.
English as a Second Language and U.S. Citizenship
Classes: Daily morning and afternoon classes (no
cost) provided by certified instructors.
Senior Refugee Program: Vietnamese/English speaking
specialists in senior refugee issues assist with processing
and adaptation.
Senior Nutrition Lunch Program: $2.00 suggested
donation for hot lunch. Monday through Friday at 12
Noon.
Volunteer Opportunities: Adults of all ages
work together to improve the lives of people and our
community.
Special Services and Recreation: Hair Salon,
Ping Pong, Mah Jong, Library, Piano Lessons, Chorus,
Dance (Social and Traditional), Cultural Celebrations.
Health Insurance Advising, Brown Bag and Legal Assistance:
By registration.

age and older for selected programs)

No service fees, except $2.00 suggested donation for
Nutrition/Noon meal
Membership available for $15 annually
